With its hull length of 15 metres, it should also be of particular interest to the charter market in the Mediterranean. To appeal to additional owners as customers, the ship is offered in four different versions.

Three, four and even five chambers are possible. Depending on the variant chosen, three or four heads compartments are installed. In any case, a separate shower is installed in the saloon at the companionway. Accordingly, the maximum water tank capacity that can be ordered from the shipyard has been designed to be quite large; the buyer can choose up to 700 litres.

In the owner's version, the largest cabin is at the front and has a separate bathroom, plenty of room to move around and a generously sized wardrobe. If desired, the cabin can be separated by partition walls, which can be removed later for better sale in the owner's market.

The Cruiser 55 follows the established series characterised by Farr Yacht Design, BMW Designworks USA and Bavaria's own design team. The focus was on maximum space utilisation, solid sailing characteristics and high stability with a late reefing point. And comfort through space, as Farr President Patrick Shaughnessy emphasised at the inauguration of the new cruiser at the trade fair: "We wanted there to be room for as many people in the saloon and at the cockpit table as there are berths on board.

In addition to the great emphasis on living comfort, space and storage space, the US-American also emphasised the good stability of the boat and the double rudder system, which provides a lot of control over the boat even when heeling heavily.

The ship is offered with two draughts (1.85 or 2.25 metres). The other dimensions: length waterline 13.86 metres, width 4.67 metres. The price: 247,401 euros (including VAT).

This concludes the renewal of the conventional cruise series. Next, the shipyard is likely to tackle the smaller deckhouse series called Vision.
